No account is required to submit a request.
Rights you may request
Depending on your location and the reason we process the information, you may request to know or access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of information connected to your submission. You may also ask how automated processing was used. A legal retention or safety reason may limit a request.
How to submit a request
- Open a direct message to @novembernine_ on X.
- State the request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export.
- Provide the exact submitted domain and tool name.
- If it was a paid placement, provide the approximate payment date and, if available, the Polar receipt or order identifier. You may redact unrelated details.
Never send a password, full card number, security code, API key, private document, or government ID in an X direct message.
Verification
Because Toolsbywork has no user accounts, we must verify that the requester is authorized before disclosing, correcting, or deleting non-public information. We will use information already connected to the submission and request only what is reasonably necessary. A public domain alone may not be enough to prove authority over paid or private records.
What happens next
We will acknowledge and handle a verified request within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill all or part of it, we will explain the applicable reason where permitted. Public information copied or indexed by an independent third party may remain outside Toolsbywork's control after we remove it from our service.
